Let’s face it - the cost of employing guides in multiple languages can be an expensive exercise, and the availability of such people is daunting in the current environment.

You can provide a quality experience for your non-English speaking customers with a pre-recorded commentary in their language. Your English speaking guide/driver can carry on with their regular commentary knowing that all your clients are receiving quality information and having a great experience.

PROMO VIDEOS WITH ANIMATED MAPS.


Animated maps when used together with videos & photos can provide a unique experience for your customer and help them to better understand your location, ease of access, proximity to other key locations, travelling distances/time and also suggested itineraries.

We develop detailed animated maps with icons for cars, buses, boats, and planes, as well as related sound effects, music, narration, and sub-titles. Creating various language versions will add a level of engagement but also professionalism which will help with your presentations at trade events, and /or online consumer promotions.

JAPAN SALES MISSIONS.

We offer professional sales and representation services in the Japan market. We conduct Japan Sales Missions in April and September each year. We have operated more than 50 Japan Sales Mission over the last 29 years., and have represented various businesses and organisations at 'Kiwilink Japan over the years as well.

We have a full-on structured tour schedule that includes visiting and presenting to agents in key cities in Japan over the course of around 7-10 days. These face-to-face meetings allow us to connect and engage at a personal level at their offices, and gives the agents the opportunity to ask questions in their native language.

Prior to each mission, we can assist with the translation of presentation materials, and advise on the best way to present your products and services to each specific agent. There are many market segments and agents in Japan, and each one requires a slightly different approach.
