Inquiry Services in Asian Languages
The ability to handle inquiries from potential Asian clients
whose English ability is limited, is an important 'sales tool'.
Customers will have much more confidence if they know that
they can ask questions in their native language, and receive
answers in their native language also.
If you have are planning a website in Japanese, Chinese,
or Korean,, but don't have the staff to handle inquiries,
we can help.
We currently provide inquiry handling services for a number
of tourism and import/export companies.
The process is straightforward...
- Email inquiries are manually/automatically forwarded to
BTM via your email system, or you create a japan@xyzcompany.com
or china@abccompany.com type of email address, which we
access via a POP3 account or Web Outlook login.
- We translate the inquiry, and send the English version
to you (if we can't answer it straight away ourselves)
- You supply us with the answers, and we respond to the
client accordingly in their native language, as if we are
part of your team.
- We keep a logbook of time involved with each inquiry,
and invoice monthly for actual time spent on inquiries.
- You pay only for our actual time (in minutes). There
are no setup fees, monthly minimums, etc.
This is an ideal solution for small and large companies.
You can utilise our services until your business volume increases
to a point where you can sustain your own staff handling these
inquiries. Alternatively, if your team is already busy in
other areas, we can be a valuable and inexpensive addition
